Rick DellaRatta and JAZZ FOR PEACE Concerts

now taking place all over the world!

New York, NY– June 10, 2007   Since performing over 400 concerts throughout the United States, Jazz for Peace “Uniting the World through the Art Form of Jazz” recently announced its International Expansion Series to bring their Benefit Concert Series all over the world!

After concerts in Mexico City, Akumal Cancun, Toronto, and Vancouver; the Fifth International Expansion Series Concert is now set to take place on July 21^st, 2007 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Rick DellaRatta and Jazz for Peace performed at the United Nations in New York on September 25, 2002. He led a band consisting of Israeli, Palestinian and American musicians in concert for an international audience in what is now considered “One of the most significant cultural events of our time!”  This U.N. Concert has led to a benefit concert series that has gone on to raise funds, publicity and awareness for over 450 non-profit organizations, as well as an Educational Series and Instrument Donation program for underprivileged children. 2007 is the 5^th year Anniversary of this historic UN event.
