Jazz for Peace welcomes our next Empowerment Grant Recipient! Welcome to Jazz for Peace! Dear Empowerment Grant Recipient, Congratulations!  By confirming your event by pre-selling your 25 pairs of VIP Guest of Honor tickets in accordance with "What we ask of you" (www.jazzforpeace.org/grant Section B) we are delighted to announce your event "with money already raised for you!" In order to firm up this VIP Attendee List for our records and to present it to our favorite venue please print out our "Venue Letter" (click HERE) along this letter from one of our many prestigious supporters (Click HERE) and show it to your VIP"s along with this video of one of our prestigious VIP networking "meet and greet" ceremonies (click HERE) so that you can "re-confirm" these VIPs and/or replace them with others or even add to this list so that our core group which is also the "Roots of our Empowerment Tree" (click here for clarification) is as strong as possible. A. OBTAINING THE VENUE.  After reviewing the “Venue Information” located at FAQ’s # 8 and 13 at our Grant Details link at http://www.jazzforpeace.org/grant : Please provide a list of 5-10 (or more) of your favorite venues. We have found it extremely important to keep this event in an intimate setting for the first few fundraisers to allow people to network and become acquainted. B. Obtaining the 5 “Favorite” Local Businesses who will get FREE ADVERTISING for purchasing a ten (10) pack of VIP tickets Please select 5 business that you would like to give this amazing offer. There are 5 spots on your flyer (NO MORE NO LESS) each spot is for a local business to obtain advertising for free when they purchase a 10 pack of VIP tickets. The business owner could be a Staples, Starbucks, Hotel as well as a free lancer, Real Estate Agent or a dog walker.  ***** Step B will allow us to make your flyer so that people can see information about this event (and publicize your favorite local businesses) all over your city as well as take us up to 100 Ticket Sales.*****  PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT PART B

C. Our GOLDSILVER SPONSOR LETTER (listed on program)  In addition, our GOLDSILVER Sponsor Letter (see attached document) can also be used to get “In Kind” donations!  -- Please keep in mind that an “in kind” sponsor will receive the monetary VALUE only however the CASH SPONSOR will also receive matching TICKETS valued at more than the amount paid to go with the Good Cause publicity and awareness generated by their sponsorship. (click for example letter)  These tickets will help us catapult you to our “100% to you!” goal of 220 advance sales achieved by the deadline set by our board!  All Sponsors receiving VIP Tickets has to submit a list of people they gave the   ticket or resold the ticket to make sure we have someone in place for every ticket sponsored to your event.
